Could I get abs by doing this?
30 minutes jogging
10 burpees
50 punches(on Everlast punching bag)
10 pushups
20 crunches
5 minutes doing jump rope
I would repeat the stuff listed after the jogging 4-5 times. I eat right and drink a lot of water. I already have some definition to my abs but would this workout help more and would I see more definition in 2 weeks? I would be doing this workout after dinner and also would do cardio or pilates in the morning.
While this is a decent exercise routine, "getting abs" has little to do with your exercise and far more to do with your diet. If you lose the fat, you'll have a nice tummy. Once you have already lost the fat, then core/ab exercise can help your abs "pop" a bit.
It sounds like you are already seeing some definition, so let's assume you already have low body fat (for a woman, that would be 15% or so).
Then if you want to start seeing a 6 pack (or even a 4 pack) you will have your work cut out for yourself. I don't think the above workout will get your abs to pop. I'd suggest only working your abs intensely 2 or 3 time a week. And include planks, hanging leg raises, reverse crunches, ab scissors. These are better than crunches. Don't overtrain - you'll need to rest your abs for them to grow (again, this assumes you are already thin - if not, skip the ab exercises and focus all your energy on eating right and losing fat).
