I've heard enough of the cheesy testimonies on the TV "P90x ROCKS MY SOCKS" "P90X GIVES ME MULTIPLE ORGASMS"
Is there any real people out there that have successfully used the program and saw real results, I personally have been doing it for 3 weeks now and dont see much. Also! I am also pretty skinny, and have hardly any body fat, is it necessary for someone like me to follow the nutrition guide? is it necessary to gain muscle, or is it just for people who need to lose weight? anyways thanks any help would be appreciated
P90X simply works....If you are very thin to start with and looking to build muscle, P90X will work for you. Its only been 3 weeks. You have worked your biceps just 3 times so far.
As far as eating.....You may not need to follow the program strictly because the beginning phase is to shred the fat. However, you do need to eat properly. Leans meats and veggies....Lots of them. Avoid junk food. You may be very thin, but junk food over time will pile on........>
