SHAUN T 60 DAYS INSANITY WORKOUT or P90X?

I am late 28 and have not worked out for 5 years. I am not a lot over weight BUT need to get fit and in shape. I have been reading a lot about SHAUN T 60 DAYS INSANITY WORKOUT and P90X exercise programs which has confused me on which one is best?

I have read P90X is this true?
And do I need to buy any equipment as I am on a tight budget?
Where is the best place to buy one of these from??? Sites etc??? for UK

Definitely go with P90x. You can really achieve results following the workouts. I will not say it is going to be easy as it is a pretty intense program but it works. You can read all about the P90x here http://www.betterbodyjournal.com/series/p90x and also get information on how you can get it. As far as equipment goes, I believe you will need dumbells and resistance bands but they are pretty affordable so it shouldn't anything too expensive.
