Is My Workout Schedule Alright?
can anyone tell me if my workout schedule is ok for teen athlete (14 years old) and play basketball,
im not really fat but got those nasty belly fat around my waist.
and here is my workout schedule:
monday: AM basketball(about 1 hour )
and upper body strength training right after(about 1 hour also).
tuesday: one hour of polymetrics AM
wednesday: basketball and upper body strength training
thursday: AM yoga PM swimming
Friday: basketball and lowwer body strength training
saturday AM swimming and PM basketball with a little running
sunday AM martial art (1 hour)
and by the way, im doing p90x and trying to get ripped and better at my sports ,
which are basketball and swimming
need some tips from anyone

Your workout schedule is great and P90x will really help specially plyometrics! I play basketball and rugby and it helped me with those sports but make sure you give your body time to recover and grow and you'll be fine and try to eat a lot of protein filled stuff like fish and chicken but if you're still sore from workouts try whey protein but make sure you consult your doctor or coach first!
P90x results.. Day 45, 60, and 90! Training still in progress, stay tuned!
