Im 13, 5"3, 110 Pounds.
Is it healthy for me to be doing P90X Lean Schedule Daily?
Any suggestions on what i should eat daily?
P90X Lean routine should be fine for you. Just be sure you're eating enough food because you're already very light.
Do you have the P90X Nutrition Guide? It outlines for you exactly what you should be eating based on your age, weight, workout habits, etc and provides many different food suggestions.
As a general rule, eat 5-6 small balanced meals per day, consisting of lean proteins, low -glycemic index carbohydrates, and good fats. Go for non-fatty meats, beans, legumes, whole grain pastas and breads, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, etc and try to get good fats from nuts, avocados, olive oil, salmon, etc.
