P90x Diet

p90x diet

If I were to do the p90x diet on it's own, would I still lose weight?

I'm talking about just doing their diet, and not the workouts?

This is just a question of curiosity because I still do the workouts, just not everyday!

I'm not overweight! I'm actually probably underweight, it's just I want to cut off a little around the stomach. I do the workouts as often as possible, I just get lazy sometimes, I do the cardio x a lot too.
This is just a question of curiosity!

The P90X diets were made for someone who is going to complete the workouts everyday, therefore they do have more calories and carbs so that you can be able to have the energy to complete the workout. So i'd say that following the p90x diet lan alone wont really get you great results, if any.
