How well does P90X ab ripper work?
I'm talking about the 16-minute abdominal workout. It's probably the only workout video I'd do. So are the results of this worthwhile? I'm only 14 years old, I'm not looking for much.
It does but its much more effective if you do other workouts. Also you have to rest your abs so only work them 2-3 times a week.
