My mom wants to sell her handicapped van to help her pay for moving. It was made somewhere in the early 2000's and it's a dodge. It's in pretty good shape and it has an motorized ramp that folds out.

She just wants to know how much she thinks she can get for it.

What brand is the handicap conversion (Dodge made the van...What company converted it)? How many miles are on it? What shape is it In?

Some of these conversions were very expensive when new, and hold their value well. An "early 2000's" Grand Caravan can easily be worth $5000 or more in good shape with decent miles. The conversion adds a lot in many cases.

Find out the specific year and miles on the van. Find out the brand of the conversion. Then, spend some time on the internet looking for that combination. If the miles are good (under a hundred thousand), and the conversion company was a good one, then the van could easily be worth ten grand or more.

Handicap converted vans are way over thirty grand when new, and are not common, so the resale is very strong because of handicapped folk that can not buy a new one.

If the van is well used, and the miles are high, then your guess is as good as mine. But if it's a good one with low miles, it is valuable.
